THESE PRIMARILY SET TO ENSURE THAT ANGLERS ENJOY THEIR VISIT AND THAT ALL ANGLERS, FISH, LAKE AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE RESPECTED AND LOOKED AFTER.
The sub-letting or re-selling of tickets is strictly not permitted.
The unique gate entry code issued to each member should not be shared.
Every Angler must have a current Environment Agency (EA)Rod License.
Mid-week Season Ticket Holders can fish Monday to Thursday between the hours of 6am and 9pm.
Season/Mid-week Ticket Holders may purchase a ‘Youth Membership” for those under 16 years of age, but the youth must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Season/Mid-week Ticket Holders are able to arrive at 6am Monday and fish 24 hours a day until until 9pm Thursday.
Season/Mid-week Ticket Holders are permitted to bring one guest subject to availability. This needs to be booked and paid for via the website
No refunds will be issued against the cost of any season ticket once purchased.
Season tickets must be must be shown on request.
All Anglers must comply to Government Restrictions regarding Covid 19 Lake Rules.
No fish should be killed or removed from site and should be returned to the lake ASAP after landing.
No new fish should be introduced to the lake.
Barbless Hooks only.
Carp care kits are required.
No bait boats.
No home made tiger nuts to be used.
No keep nets – landing nets must be used at all times.
Anglers will only use a maximum of 2 rods at any one time.
Any rod alarm should be used at moderate levels.
No radios, fires or BBQ’s.
Whilst alcohol is not banned, drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
No shouting, loud music or anti-social behavior.
No swimming or wading.
All litter must be removed when leaving site.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Whilst disabled guests are welcome, any Angler who is physically restricted in movement or is disabled , should always be accompanied by an able bodied person.
It will not be acceptable to use the lake as a toilet – the facilities provided should be used at all times.
Anyone found to be abusing this will have them membership revoked immediately.
Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Lake and may be updated or amended at anytime, members will be notified accordingly.
Anglers that fish at Eclipse Lake do so at their OWN RISK.
The owners do not accept any liability for injury to Anglers or their guests, or to theft, loss or damage to any of the Anglers property.
Any Angler found to be in breach of the above Terms and Conditions or not adhering to the Lake Rules, will have their membership revoked without question and will be asked to leave immediately with no refund being made for the remains of their season ticket.
